COVID 19

We remain open to provide care for you and your family.

We are following the direction of government and regulatory authorities and have implemented hospital and visit protocols to keep both you and our team safe.

If seeking care at our clinic, you must disclose any risk factors for COVID 19 that apply to you.

If you are ill and have recently traveled internationally or, you are ill and have been in close contact (within 2 meters/6 feet) with an ill person connected to the current outbreak, you should call Health Links - Info Santé to provide advice on where to go to be assessed.

If it is an emergency, call 911 before going to an emergency department or urgent care center.

COVID-19: Additional measures we are taking

Following the recommendations of our government and medical experts, we are doing our best to practice social distancing within the constraints of our roles. As such, we have taken measures to avoid both contracting and facilitating the spread of this virus.

Thank you for helping us be diligent for everyone's safety. As we have heard from all levels of government, the situation is fluid and any updates will be provided as changes occur.

Due to the close contact that our work requires, we have taken additional measures to protect you and our team while providing care for you and your family members.

We are still OPEN with the following hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

This excludes holidays (see Hours)

The following changes are effective as of Thursday, March 23, 2020:

We are continuing to accept appointments for urgent or sick patients. All other services will be scheduled for a later time. Our walk-in clinic is closed.

We are currently operating a "virtual waiting room" policy to protect our clients and staff. Call the office at 204.253.5320 if you need medical care. We will take a history over the phone and schedule a phone or in-office appointment with your physician depending on the situation.

For phone appointments, you will be given a time range. The physician will call your cell phone as soon as possible after the start of your time window to discuss your situation.

For in-office appointment, please remain in your vehicle and use your cell phone to call us at 204.253.5320 to let us know we have arrived. We will let you know when the exam room has been cleaned and you will be allowed to enter the clinic.

We are asking clients to limit themselves to one accompanying person for in clinic appointments.

If you need a prescription refill, given the receptionist the name of your prescription (spell out please) and your preferred pharmacy so we can fax the prescription to the pharmacy. This includes M3P (also known as Triplicate) prescriptions.
